There could be a lot of reasons for the offline Epson printer. The first one could be the loose wire connections or poor internet network. At times, the wrong files in the Print Spooler also play a substantial role when your Epson printer says offline error. To get rid of this issue, you will need to restart the Print Spooler services and clear the print queues. Also, you must choose your Epson printer as a default printing device. Choose default printer- visit the Devices and Printers section on your PC, right-click Epson Printer, choose Set as Default Printer. Clear the print queues- again right-click on Epson Printer, select See what's printing, click Printer tab and select Cancel all documents. Restart the Print Spooler- press Windows + R keys, type services.msc, click Ok. Now the services window will open, right-click on Print Spooler and then click Start. The Epson printer offline problem is fixed.
